President Obama Speaks on Explosions in Boston

President Obama issued a statement from the White House briefing room about the explosions at today's Boston Marathon. Two bombs exploded near the finish line, killing two people and injuring many others. A third bomb that did not explode was recovered by police. The President said that officials do not know who is responsible yet, but once they do, those responsible will feel the 'full weight of justice.'
