Let’s do the Time Warp again as The Plaza Classic Film Festival returns with the 14th annual screening of the cult classic, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, this summer.

The Plaza Classic Film Festival returns for its 15th season to the Plaza Theatre, along with a fan favorite screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. (The Plaza Classic Film Festival began to screen The Rocky Horror Picture Show during its second year, and that is why it’s a year behind, but it hasn’t missed a screening since.)

Join Tim Curry, Richard O'Brien, Susan Sarandon, Barry BostwickMeatloaf, and the other outrageous characters in one of the most famous cult classics in cinema, The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Made with a budget of just under $1.5 million and released in 1975, the madcap musical comedy and horror film was originally a play in London before it debuted on the big screen, where it went on to bomb and got shredded by critics.

Soon after, underground fans and outsiders trying to find their place in the world embraced the film, and it went on to gross over $140 million.

Nearly five decades later, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and its movie soundtrack have become the epitome of a cult classic and, to this day, still resonates with fans.
