You know you’ve smoked too much crack when you call the cops to complain you’ve been ripped off by someone selling fake crack. But that’s what a Louisiana man recently did after some other dude tried to pass off soap chips as crack cocaine.

Keith Ross allegedly took a hundred bucks from Edward Parr for a bag of what he said was crack, but Parr soon found out he’d been smoking Ivory soap instead and called cops to complain that he'd been taken. Deputies responded to the scene and racked up a two-fer arrest -- hauling Parr in on a charge of conspiracy to purchase crack cocaine and Ross on a count of distributing fake crack cocaine. Word to the wise: if it smells like soap, then it’s not dope!
