A Houston, Texas woman was arrested for jokingly asking a friend to send in a phony bomb threat to get the trial adjourned for the day. Cynthia Ann Creed sent a text message to a friend that read "call the courthouse. Tell them there is a bomb, pleeeeeease" – which lead to a total evacuation after Creed’s co-worker failed to get the joke and called police.

To make matters worse, 51 year-old Cynthia Ann had already been released from jury duty and was actually blocks away from the courthouse at the time she sent the text. Despite the fact that she later texted her friend again to say she was only kidding, she's being charged with giving a false report. Next time, maybe she should use the little winking face!
