Mike And Tricia Morning’s Listeners Help Bring Smiles To Kids Affected By Tornado

A little over a week ago, a Whitaker Elementary School mom contacted Mike and Tricia Mornings for our listener's help with a teddy bear drive they were holding for the children of Moore, Oklahoma.  And you came through!

Sally Perez, the PTA mom who wrote an email to Mike, said the kids wanted to help the children of Moore because of news reports they had seen.  And since kids know what kids need, giving those children who had been scarred by the tornado teddy bears, seemed to be the best way to show how much they cared.

Over one thousand stuffed animals were donated, and KISS listeners were responsible for about three hundred of those!  So a big thank you to the Mike and Tricia Mornings listeners who came forward once again to help give an Oklahoma child something soft to hold onto as they go through such difficult times!
