Mexican League Soccer Returns to El Paso

Two of the most recognized professional soccer teams of the Mexican Soccer League: Cruz Azul versus Xolos de Tijuana return to El Paso.

The soccer match between Cruz Azul will face-off against Xolos de Tijuana at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 at UTEP’s Sun Bowl Stadium.

Cuz Azul Futbol Club, or simply called Cruz Azul is a Mexican football league based in Mexico City. They have been the Primera Division champions 8 times and one of the most successful clubs in the history of the CONCACAF Champions League.

Club Tijuana Xoloitzuintles de Caliente, or commonly referred to as Xolos de Tijuana or simply as Xolos, is a Mexican football league based in Tijuana.
