McAlister’s Deli to Open in Eastlake and They’re Giving Away Tea
Whether you’re feeling a bit peckish or ravenously hungry the Eastlake area of El Paso has a place for that.
I don’t have the data to back me up, but I’m willing to bet there isn’t another area in El Paso County with more restaurants per square mile.
And now those who want to get their sandwich on have one more option. McAlister's Deli is opening its third location in the 915 at Eastlake Commons, across the street from Eastlake Marketplace.
When Does it Open and How Do I Get Free Tea?
Known for their “craveable sandwiches" and “giant spuds,” and "famous" for its sweet tea, McAlister's Eastlake restaurant will open on Monday, September 25 at 10:30 a.m.
The first 100 customers in line each from the 25th through Friday the 29th will receive free tea for a year. Sweet! See what I did there? Ha!
Complimentary Meal for Teachers, Military, and Others
To help the staff get ready for its grand opening and to thank various professionals McAlister’s is comping meals to teachers, first responders, healthcare professionals, active military and veterans, truck drivers, and PTO members with an ID or badge on Friday, September 22.
The complimentary meals will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. They don’t want you to eat alone, so you can bring one guest with you. Now that’s balling on a budget.
