Admit it, you've come unglued on some poor customer service rep doing all he or she can do to remain obnoxiously happy while using his or her 'attempting to be helpful' tone on you. We've all been there. Which is what makes this recording of an extremely angry customer yelling at a customer rep so relatable. It was supposedly uploaded to YouTube by a former employee of an unidentified security systems company, and is of a customer who was kicked around the system for over three hours while they tried to get him to a supervisor named Michelle.

Not surprisingly, the guy has had enough of being on the phone for that amount of time, and totally goes off on the last guy he speaks to, a rep named Mark.
