Good news fans of Jersey Mike's who don’t live on the west side. The national sandwich chain has opened another El Paso location. This one on the east side at the Fountains at Farah.

You’ll find the newest location on the lower-level Promenade sandwiched between Red Door Escape Room and All That Music. And, yes, that was an intentional pun.

Known for its hot and cold subs served on bread baked on-site daily, Jersey Mike’s has quickly become a favorite stop for El Paso sammie enthusiasts who rave about Mike’s juice. For the uninitiated, “the juice” is the red wine vinegar and olive oil blend Jersey Mike’s tops off subs ordered “Mike’s Way” with.

The Fountains at Farah location is the second for El Pasoans Abelardo and Michelle Gonzalez, also at an open-air retail center. The couple opened the first Jersey Mike’s at the West Towne Marketplace on N. Desert Blvd in October 2019.

Abelardo said at the time he chose to be involved with that particular franchise because its mission is to give back to its communities. This past November, the west side restaurant donated 20% of their sales to Feed America. Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $41 million for worthy local charities and have distributed more than 2 million free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes.

Jersey Mike’s is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
