Horrific: Michigan Teen Causes Texas Teen To Commit Suicide

A case that began in January of 2023 has regarding two teens in Texas and Michigan, has reached it's conclusion. Here's what is known.

According to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office, in January of 2023, law enforcement were called to an unidentified residence in Texas. Police, when investigating the home, discovered a Texas teen dead, with a gaming headset on his person. He also was observed to still be online.

Following this discovery, police began further investigations. KHOU reports that police questioned individuals in gaming communities in other states. Following their inquiries, they were able to pinpoint a culprit.

Culprit Located By Police In Texas

KHOU revealed that law enforcement, after their interviews, discovered the teen, unidentified at the time of writing, in Allen Park, Michigan. According to the news organization, the Michigan teen acknowledged in a Montgomery County court that they lead the Texas teen to take their own life.

Following the admission, the teen from Michigan accepted a plea deal on a felony charge of aiding suicide and a misdemeanor charge of harassment causing death.

Prosecutors, according to KHOU, placed the Michigan Teen on probation until 18 years of age. In addition, the plea deal stats the teen must not game online, use electronics with access to the internet and attend a suicide awareness program.
