Exciting Video of Amazon Drones Delivering in Texas City
Amazon's Latest Delivery Game-Changer: Drones Take Over the Texas Skies
It looks like the future of deliveries is here, for better or worse.
College Station is one of only two cities in the United States currently running a trial for super-fast one-hour drone deliveries, as you can see in the video at the bottom of this article.
Soaring to New Heights
Move over traditional delivery trucks, because these sleek, high-tech drones are soaring to new heights! Amazon's fleet of delivery drones can zip through the skies, dodging traffic and arriving at your doorstep in no time. Imagine the thrill of watching a drone make a beeline for your location, dropping your order with pinpoint precision. It's like having your very own personal aerial assistant.
X Marks the Spot
I spot a little pad or something like that on the guy's driveway, which looks like what the drone is aiming for. I assume the drone stays really high until it has to descend to levels where humans can mess with it (You know it's going to happen all the time.)
Bombs Away
I realize the drone has to probably stay a certain height overhead to avoid injuring people on the ground, but that sucker dropped the package from WAY up there! I guess this is only going to work for certain items. Your Faberge` egg will have to be delivered by some other means, unfortunately.
