Independent Burger — Taste of El Paso Preview
Taste of El Paso is November 12th and tickets are selling fast. To get you ready to eat some of the best food in El Paso, we’ll be previewing each of the restaurants and the dish they’ll be serving at the 2014 Taste of El Paso.
Independent Burger + Bar
Independent Burger, located in the Montecillo apartment complex on North Mesa will be serving their grass-fed green chile beef sliders with french fries. This delicious mini-burger comes on a freshly baked bun and is topped with smokey mayonnaise and jack cheese, with a sprig of cilantro. The green chile gives a mild heat to this tasty, medium-well cooked burger and the grass-fed beef is much more flavorful than traditional ground beef.
Other items on the menu at Independent Burger, but not offered at Taste of El Paso include eleven different burgers. Pictured below are the Classic, B+B, and Tiki burgers as well as the Money Business milkshake, which did NOT disappoint. YUM.
Independent Burger is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
