I-10 East at N. Mesa to Shut Down for 27 Hours on Sunday
Attention west El Paso drivers: there will be more traffic headaches this weekend.
TxDot Crews will be conducting another major operation as part of the ongoing GO10 project that will require an additional 27-hour closure of a section of I-10.
According to a notice on the GO10 website, I-10 East will be shut down completely at North Mesa starting at 3 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, through 6 a.m. Monday so that crews can finish demolishing the remaining half of the old Resler Flyover Ramp.
As a result, those traveling through west El Paso on Sunday will have to weather another frustrating day of bumper to bumper traffic.

•I-10 Eastbound will close completely at North Mesa Street
•The left lane on I-10 Westbound will close at Sunland Park Drive
•The Resler Flyover Entrance Ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close.
•The North Mesa Street Entrance Ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close.
