Dirt: Bret Michaels Breaks Billy Ray’s Heart

"Us Weekly" says it was because Miley's mom, TISH, had an affair with BRET MICHAELS!!!
Quote, "When Billy Ray learned of it . . . as well as at least one other fling . . . he filed for divorce. (--There's no mention on who that OTHER guy might be.)

An insider tells the magazine the alleged affair supposedly started last December, when Miley and Bret were recording some music together.

In fact, published rumors of an affair started going around back in February ... A "source" told the "Star" tabloid back then, quote, "Billy Ray suspects there's been something going on between his wife and Bret for a long time.

She fits the profile of women Bret usually goes for: skinny, big boobs and blonde hair." When Billy Ray was able to confirm the rumors, he filed for divorce.

TISH and BRET deny that their relationship is anything but pr

ofessional. They ARE still in contact, but only because Tish's production company is turning Bret's upcoming memoir into a movie.

CHARLIE'S SHEEN-ANIGANS: Despite his hotel freak out last week, CHARLIE SHEEN wasn't found in violation of his probation for assault against his soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke, and so his three-month probation came to an end yesterday.

CELEBRITY COURT: BRITNEY SPEARS has asked a judge to protect her from a potential “shake down” by a former employee. It all has to do with a lawsuit filed by the ex-bodyguard who claims Britney sexually harassed him by, among other things, walking around her home in the nude, and repeatedly coming on to him in various states of undress.

The ex-bodyguard wants the case tried in civil court, but Britney's management is afraid he’ll use the public forum to release private information to extort a settlement out of her.

So they've filed legal documents asking the judge to move the case to a probate court, where all these accusations could be kept from the public, and protect her from a possible shakedown. Or embarring details?
