LADY GAGA CRITICIZED FOR CHANGING NATIONAL ANTHEM LYRICS TO REFLECT GAY PRIDE VIEW: LADY GAGA came out of hiding to speak at New York City's Gay Pride Parade on Friday and wasted no time making her first public appearance since her hip surgery in February controversial. Gaga, you see, sang the national anthem to kick off the parade, but changed the lyrics to make it a gay pride anthem. Instead of "Star spangled banner", she said, "Star spangled flag of pride" and replaced the words "home of the brave" with "home for the gay."

JENNIFER LOPEZ BLASTED AFTER PERFORMING FOR DICTATOR: JENNIFER LOPEZ is being put on blast for her decision to perform a private concert for the president of one of the most repressive countries in the world. For a fat paycheck rumored to be north of one million dollars, Lopez performed for the President of Turkmenistan, who is known for his oppressive rule and human rights violations. In fact, Human Rights Watch describes Turkmenistan “among the most repressive in the world.” J. Lo's performance included her singing a Marilyn Monroe-esque version of “Happy Birthday” to the controversial leader while in a traditional Turkmen outfit.

Her rep later apologized for her appearance at the event, explaining she “was invited to perform by China’s National Petroleum Corporation,” and would not have accepted had she known there were human rights issues in Turkmenistan. What, none of her people know how to Google?

The human rights thing is ironic because Jen has been involved with Amnesty International projects in Mexico that aim to prevent violence, specifically against women. The head of the Human Rights Foundation had this to say: "Lopez obviously has the right to earn a living performing for the dictator of her choice...but her actions utterly destroy the carefully-crafted message she has cultivated."

Jennifer's not the first diva to perform for one of the world’s tyrants for a generous fee. BEYONCE and MARIAH were criticized some years ago for taking $1 million to perform at a party for Libyan dictator Moammar Khadafy.

WESTBORO CHURCH TO PROTEST 'WHORISH' TAYLOR SWIFT: Members of the fundamentalist, hate-mongering Westboro Baptist Church are planning to protest TAYLOR SWIFT'S August 3 concert in Kansas City because of her famous serial dating ways.

In a press release regarding the protest, the church hate group called Taylor "the poster child for young whores" and "the whorish face of doomed America," adding Swift "works her 'girl next door' country-singer shtick, while hopping from one young man to the next and strutting across the world stage like a proud whore."

They also took to social media to continue their tirade against Tay. In a series of tweets, an obviously mathematically-challenged church representative wrote: “Taylor Swift in three words: lascivious, foolish, proud, dirty, pirate hooker!” Taylor hasn't dignified this nonsense with a response.

PAULA DEEN FIGHTING BACK: PAULA DEEN is now fighting back against the woman whose harassment suit led to her downfall. Lisa Jackson is suing Paula and her brother Bubba, claiming she endured racial harassment while working as manager at Bubba’s restaurant. It was during a deposition for the case that Paula admitted to using the N-word in the past.

Well, now Paula is suing Lisa for filing a bogus lawsuit, arguing that Lisa is claiming she’s got African American ties, since her partner’s niece is half-black, but she in fact doesn’t at all. Paula’s lawyers say Jackson’s niece is Hispanic. As for Lisa’s claims Paula used the N-word at Bubba’s wedding, Paula’s lawyers say Lisa has offered no proof at all to her allegations. Deen’s lawyer wants the judge to issue sanctions against Jackson for filing a false racial harassment suit.

PAULA DEEN DROPPED BY PUBLISHER AND FOUR MORE COMPANIES: Things went from bad to worse for PAULA DEEN over the weekend. Even though her upcoming cookbook "Paula Deen’s New Testament: 250 Favorite Recipes All Lightened Up" was number one on Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com, Ballantine Books announced they will not be releasing it as planned, and also cancelled Deen’s five-book publishing deal.

And it didn't get any better after that; J.C. Penney, Kmart, Sears, and Walgreens all announced they were phasing out Deen-endorsed products in light of her N-word controversy. Poor Paula, she’s been dumped by more partners than Taylor Swift and Jennifer Aniston combined! Experts say she's lost an estimated $7.5 million in endorsements and another $5 million from cancelled television and restaurant deals.

ALEC BALDWIN SHOWS US HIS (HOMOPHOBIC)TWEETS: ALEC BALDWIN went on a Twitter rant against a Daily Mail reporter over the weekend after Baldwin didn't like what was written about his wife. George Stark reported that Alec’s wife Hilaria was tweeting during the JAMES GANDOLFINI funeral, which did not sit well with the 30 Rock star. He responded with what some are calling a homophobic tirade, calling Stark a, quote, “toxic little queen,” and threatened to “put my foot up your f**king a**…but I’m sure you’d dig it too much.”

Alec deleted his comments and deactivated his Twitter account, then reached out to GLAAD to apologize for his outburst. He insisted his "ill-advised attack" was not homophobic and "had absolutely nothing to do with issues of anyone’s sexual orientation.” He defended his tweet by  saying his anger was "directed at Mr. Stark for blatantly lying and disseminating libelous information about my wife and her conduct at our friend’s funeral service," he added. And GLAAD gave him a pass! The group released a statement, which read in part,"Alec Baldwin is making it clear [to GLAAD] that the intent behind his tweets does not excuse his language."

AVRIL LAVIGNE NOT MARRIED…YET:  Several media sites reported Saturday that AVRIL LAVIGNE and CHAD KROEGER made THE BIG MISTAKE in the South of France, but it turns out the news was premature. The rumors began after Avril’s manager Mike Heller tweeted, “I'm in south of France about to see my little Rok star #avril get married I am so happy to be part of this special celebration.” Saturday's celebration was just part of a three-day wedding extravaganza. According to E!, the actual wedding is expected to take place later today at an undisclosed location.
