KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN CATCHES HEAT FOR DYING HER HAIR!!! DID SHE HARM HER UNBORN CHILD???!!!: Ladies, you've all heard the warnings ... Don't dye your hair when you're pregnant, because the chemicals can harm your unborn child. So after KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN went ahead and lightened her hair anyway, the World Wide Web of Judging Celebrities Actions put her on blast hard.
“There are enough chemicals around us that we cannot avoid so I wouldn’t expose myself or the child to even more,” wrote one person on Kourtney's blog. “Selfish but why would that surprise anyone about a Kardashian family member?” wrote another. Well Kourtney wants everyone to relax. Her fetus is fine.
She wants everyone to know she did her research before doing anything, took the "proper precautions", and "followed all of the guidelines from my doctor." "I highlighted my hair, which is considered the safest form of hair color while pregnant, and not to the root, so nothing ever touched my scalp." She adds, "It is also recommended to be in a well-ventilated area as well as being at least in your second trimester, and I followed both of those rules [too]." According to the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists, by the way, it is generally safe to dye your hair when pregnant.

And dancer MARK BALLAS, who allegedly had to calm Jaleel down, says, quote, "These things happen. This show is a competitive show. Things get heated."
