HERPantry Needs Your Generous Help and Looking for Volunteers
There are so many non-profit organizations in the borderland helping their community. One of those organizations that help out families in our community is HERPantry. Lately, HerPantry has been helping families in our community for a long while now.
You may have seen previous posts about distributions that take place in Northeast El Paso. HERPantry always holds a distribution event for families to pick up their free care packages. Usually, the care packages consist of baby diapers, formula, wipes, and women's menstrual products.
Those who have had kids know how pricey it can be after having a baby. Baby essentials aren't cheap and babies go through a lot of diapers. That is why HERPantry is around to help low-income families with items such as these.
Every month they have held a distribution at Holy Ghost Tabernacle located in the Northeast on Hondo Pass Drive. HERPantry always shares their distribution event on their Facebook page you can see by clicking here. Over the past couple of months I have shared their distribution events with you. They have another distribution coming up towards the end of this month I will share later.
But this non-profit organization (as well as many others) needs volunteers right now, especially before their next distribution. HERPantry has been helping out El Paso and other surrounding communities so now we should lend a helping hand in return. So if you are able to volunteer some of your time, HERPantry would really appreciate it.
You can assist the non-profit organization with its mission to end diaper needs as well as period poverty. So, if you would like to check out their volunteer form and sign up just click here.
