El Paso Police are trying to find out who a little boy who was found in Juarez is, and why he was left there.

There are very few details about this case being divulged by officials, but what we do know is the boy, who is believed to be 2 or 3 years old, was found in Juarez on February 22nd. Officials are not saying where he was found or by whom, and we don't even know where he has been staying.

EPPD's Crimes Against Persons Unit say the little boy, whose first name is believed to be Luis, might be an American citizen because he understands and speaks English. He is described as Hispanic, 3 feet tall, weighing 40 pounds, with short brown hair, brown eyes, and a birthmark above his left eyebrow.

When he was found he was wearing blue sweatpants, black shoes, and a shirt. If you know anything about this sweet little boy, please call the El Paso Police Department at (915) 832-4400 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at (915) 566-8477. You can call Crime Stoppers anonymously.
