Fountains at Farah ‘Movie Night on the Lawn’ Continues Saturday With ‘Frozen 2′

Movie Night on the Lawn continues this Saturday, July 3, at the Fountains of Farah with a free showing of Frozen II. To paraphrase the mega-popular song from its equally successful predecessor; let's all go, lets all go. You know the kids will want to.

In case you haven’t already been forced to watch Frozen II several hundred times since it came out in 2019 and you need a refresher, the Disney sequel catches up with Elsa (voiced by Idina Menzel), Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell), Kristoff (voiced by Jonathan Groff), and Olaf (voiced by Josh Gad) three years after their first adventure.

In this one, they gang is on a journey to discover why Elsa was born with magical powers and how she can use them to save their kingdom. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, it will become a part of you – and “Into the Unknown" will likely become your next earworm for the next day or two.

The movie gets underway at 8:30 p.m. on the festival lawn located on the lower section across from Kona Grill and Chuy’s. You are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on, and, yes, you can bring your well-behaved doggie, too, as long as you keep it leashed and you clean up after it.

The free movie series is a popular event, so if you plan to go get there early enough to claim a good spot.
