Gabriel Iglesias has a bunch of great things he's been celebrating and announcing lately. The comedian plays Speedy Gonzalez in "Space Jam: A New Legacy" which premieres tomorrow and he's been out promoting the new film. Gabriel was also a contestant on ABC's "Celebrity Dating Game" where he got to ask some potential dates questions to see which would be the one for him. His Netflix show "Mr. Iglesias" just dropped their second season last month and he's been out touring around the country. Most recently Gabriel Iglesias had several sold-out shows scheduled in San Antonio, Las Vegas, and more.

On top of all the great things Gabriel Iglesias has going on right now, today is also his birthday. We wished Fluffy a happy birthday earlier today on the morning show, but sadly, it's not the best birthday he's ever had.

Early Thursday morning, Gabriel Iglesias took to his Instagram to announce to fans that after taking two tests, he's tested positive for COVID-19.

The comedian said he's feeling okay but would be canceling all shows and his comedy special taping in San Antonio this weekend. He said people would receive refunds and that he wouldn't be returning to the road until he received three negative tests. We're wishing Fluffy a speedy recovery and hopefully he'll be able to smell and taste his birthday cake again very soon.
