Farrah Abraham Checks Into Rehab … Sort Of
Farrah Abraham checked into outpatient rehab on Sunday night. This according to the 'Backdoor Teen Mom' herself, who knew she needed help -- but was still able to alert a press outlet to her whereabouts.
Abraham told Radar Online that she's entered an "outpatient program" in Florida for "alcohol abuse and to focus on her sobriety."
"At this time in my life, I need to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life," Abraham revealed. "I’m 22 and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time."
As you may recall, Abraham pled guilty to a DUI a while back. She initially completed an alcohol education course, where the director said Abraham "[met] the criteria for substance abuse" and suggested 60 hours of outpatient treatment and 12 months of "after care."
She'll be doing all this at the luxurious Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and will still be free to go about her business while closely monitored by a "sober companion." Her 4-year-old daughter will be cared for by Abraham's father during the 10-day rehab stint.
And somewhere in California, Lindsay Lohan snorts derisively and sneers "You call that rehab?"
