Chianina, Italy’s world-famous beef, is now raised and sold in only one place in America, and that's in El Paso, TX.

Chianina beef is finally available in the United States via El Paso – yes, you read that right. El Paso is now home to some of the most flavorful and favored meat in the biz.

The Chianina is one of the oldest and largest Italian cattle breeds globally - Not only is Chianina meat tender and flavorful, but it is also the leanest type of beef out on the market. And with a  2% fat content, this beef is perfect for dishes such as stir fry's, milanesa (breaded cutlets), cheesesteaks, or even Korean BBQ.

Last year, the Huckabee family and owners of Tuscan Cattle received special permission from the Italian government to ship the embryos of the Chianina cattle from Tuscany to allow the cultivation of the world-famous beef exclusively in El Paso.

Wonder what Chianina beef tastes like?

Well, from what I hear, it's got the most superior buttery taste and is so tender that if it's thinly sliced, it can practically melt in your mouth.

Curious? Yum! Stop by this weekend where Tuscan Cattle, along with the Facebook Group, Support Local El Paso, will be featured at the Country Club Farmer's Market this Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. cooking up some free Chianina beef samples in the form of Korean BBQ.
