EP City Council Allows Free Parking Downtown To Pick Up Food

Remember back in the day about a month ago when finding parking downtown was a real pain in the neck? If you wanted to go eat at one of the cool downtown restaurants you had to drive around for a parking meter or pay for parking in a lot. Then came the coronavirus and the next thing you knew, there was no hanging around downtown in any of the restaurants.

The bad news is you can't go sit in a downtown restaurant, but you can order out from some of them. You can even grab some free parking when you go downtown to pick up some of your favorite meals. This list of restaurants and their parking spots might help you decide on what to have for lunch or dinner during the coronavirus stay-at-home orders:

501 Bar and Bistro – 2 parking spots, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Craft & Social - 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Delight - 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

El Chewco Mexican Restaurant – 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Frontera Churros – 2 parking spots, Hours 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Luigi’s Pizza - 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Mac’s Downtown – 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

RockStar Burger Bar – 2 parking spots, Hours 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Taft Diaz – 1 parking spot, Hours 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
