El Paso Will Join ‘Make Music Day’ Around The World On June 21st
El Paso will join the global Make Music Day celebration on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
The origins of Make Music Day were first initiated in France as the Fête de la Musique in the early 80s. Today the free worldwide music celebration is held on the same day in more than 1,000 cities across 120 countries, including El Paso.
Make Music Day is open to anyone who wants to take part. No matter the musical background or skill level, everyone of all ages and musical persuasion are encouraged to bring their music outdoors to share with friends, neighbors, and strangers.
For the third year, the El Paso International Music Foundation is hosting Make Music El Paso with a full line-up of in-person and online events on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, across the Sun City.
