El Paso's Rock Mariachi Band
Tribes isn’t the mariachi music your grandma is used to. It's mariachi with a contemporary twist.
Attendees can expect a fusion of mariachi harmony and traditional mariachi instrumentation alongside swinging drums and pop-rock dynamics from the versatile hometown ensemble.
The group is fronted by the powerful vocals of lead singer Gisselle Lopez, a two-time finalist on the Spanish TV talent show "Tengo Talento Mucho Talento."
Fun Times at Cool Canyon Nights
The fun starts at 6 p.m. with free live music on the patio from Dave Hamilton, plus beer, cocktails, and food trucks in the cool shade of the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheater.
Tribes gets underway at approximately 7 p.m.
