El Paso Parks and Rec to Hold Free City-wide Halloween Carnivals

Get your little one's Elsa "Frozen" costume ready because the City of El Paso is days away from hosting their annual city-wide Halloween carnivals.

The free, family friendly carnivals will be taking place at all 16 city recreation centers from  4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Halloween, Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017, thanks to the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department.

Halloween activities will include a costume contest, jumping balloon, games and more in a safe trick-or-treating family-friendly environment.
