El Paso Downtown Farmers Market Goes To Winter Hours

I do love me a farmers market. All summer long I try to go every other week to check out fresh produce and cool local vendors. I always find something amazing for me or to give as a gift. The Downtown Farmers Market in Union Plaza is a lot of fun to go to when it's warm, but now that it's colder in the morning, they've gone to their winter hours. You'll not only get to sleep in and go a little later but the weather will warm up a little so you don't wander around like a popcicle. Their winter hours are every Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

There's a lot to do at the farmers market. There are teaching artists booth that offer free arts and craft activities every Saturday. You can work with local artists and organizations like Fab Lab to create different projects each weekend. You can also get your Christmas shopping done early with unique handmade gifts. There are also a lot of food vendors so you can grab something yummy to eat while you browse the booths.
