El Paso County Offers 3 Spay And Neuter Clinics For Pet Owners This Month
Owning a pet isn't just feeding them and making sure they have water in their bowl. You also have to make sure that they have their vaccines and get microchipped. Those can be expensive, but this month, you have the chance to get those things taken care of for free.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has a free spay and neuter program for pet owners in El Paso County. If you bring your pet in to be spayed or neutered they can also get microchipped and given their rabies and booster shoots free of charge. Services cannot be administered independently, and your doggo or kitteh will get all the services done on the same day.
The spay and neuter program is open to residents of Horizon City, Vinton, Socorro, Anthony, Clint, San Elizario and residents of other unincorporated areas within El Paso County.
The services are available by appointment only and appointments are limited to the first 20 pets per event. To schedule an appointment call (915) 886-2724, (915)851-0191, and (915) 856-4875.
