This weekend is the last weekend of "Movies on the Fly" at the El Paso International Airport. The parking lot cinema ends its three-week run this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Aug. 28-30.

The drive-in style event takes place outside of a repurposed airport hangar dubbed Hanger 7 Studios. Movies are shown on the 50x30-foot hangar doors which have been painted white and rechristened “El Paso’s biggest screen.”

Final weekend selections this include the computer animated musical comedy Sing, and Dazed and Confused, the 1993 coming-of-age comedy featuring a large cast of actors who would later become big movie stars, including Ben Affleck, Renee Zellweger, and Matthew McConaughey.
