Another major retailer announced this week that they plan to close their doors forever. This time, it is the women's clothing store Dressbarn that is saying goodbye. Dressbarn has around 650 stores nationwide. There used to be a number of stores in El Paso, but we are down to one located at Sunland Park Mall. That store like all the others in the United States will eventually cease to exist.

The good news is right now, you can still shop at the Sunland Park Mall Dressbarn. You can also shop online by clicking here. Dressbarn says that you can also use your Dressbarn-branded credit card for purchases, and there are no current changes to Dressbarn’s return, refund, or gift card policies. As they get closer to winding down, that will change, but the company has not decided when those changes will happen as of yet.

You can keep an eye on updates including information as to how long you can continue using your Dressbarn gift cards and credit cards on their website. They have what they are calling their "Wind Down" page on the website. It has information about why the company has decided to close, a page of frequently asked questions such as information on Dressbarn's Roz & Ali stores, both the brick and mortar stores and their online shopping page.

As with any store that is closing down, it's probably better to use up your store credits and return anything that needs to be returned before you get caught with merchandise you don't want.
