Downtown El Paso Farmers Market Closed For First Two October Weekends
There are a lot of events that will be taking over downtown El Paso streets, so the Downtown Art and Farmers Market will not be open for the first two weekends in October.
Farmers market officials say October 6th and October 13th will be dark, but they will return on October 20th. They said that if you need your farmers market fix you can still shop local at the Upper Valley Artist & Farmers Market and the The El Paso Punk Rock Flea Market at Whole Foods Market.
The two events are KISS FM's own El Paso Downtown StreetFest that happens this weekend, October 5 and 6, and Chalk the Block that will be held October 12 through 14. You can get all the information about the Street Fest here, and all the information about Chalk the Block here.
The Downtown El Paso Farmers Market will be back on October 20th with their regular hours from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. If you want to find out more about the Upper Valley Artist and Farmers Market you can click here. There are details about the El Paso Punk Rock Flea Market at Whole Foods Market here.
