They auction them off to the highest bidder, and that's what the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office will be doing on April 19th. There are cars, trucks and SUVs heading to the auction block. The cars were forfeited because the driver was involved in multiple DWI convictions.

There are vehicles as diverse as a 1976 Jeep Cherokee to a 2011 Ford Focus.

You can register to take part in the auction at 10 a.m. on April 19th at the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department seized vehicle lot at 2821-B Las Vegas Court in Las Cruces. Vehicles are guaranteed to have a clean title and you have to bring cash. No credit cards or checks will be accepted.

To check out a complete list of vehicles being auctioned, go to the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office website.
