COVID drive-thru testing sites will remain open through July 13 at the request of El Paso Mayor Dee Margo and health officials.

As the number of COVID 19 cases continue to rise in El Paso - the Texas Military Department Mobile Testing Team (TMD-MTT) continues to offer El Paso residents free COVID-19 testing through July 13 which includes four drive-thru sites, one walk-up site and various rural drive-thru sites within the El Paso City-County.

All of the testing sites are now administer oral swabbing tests, instead of the nasal swabs and is available for free to members of the El Paso community with or without COVID-19 symptoms

The TMD-MTT also announces that it has moved the online testing scheduling to a new Curative Testing website at https://texas.curativeinc.com/welcome.

The testing team will also be integrating a new appointment phone line next week to help schedule testing appointments.

Residents who do not have online access can still show up at the site to be tested if appointments are available on the same day or the following. However, residents are encouraged to make an appointment online to prevent slowing down the process.

The Hybrid Drive/Walk-up Site is available with no appointment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for only 250 patients daily on foot or in a vehicle during the following dates and location.

July 3, July 6-11, July 13 - Testing within the City of El Paso 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

July 3, 5, 12 - Testing on July 5 and July 12 will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
