Burger King (BK) is not content on being the King of Burgers. It is now trying its hand at tacos. That may be great in middle America but El Paso is Taco Country. We are the King of Tacos. How will Burger King's new menu addition fly in the city that made taco KING? Well I stopped by a near by Taco King (I mean Burger King) to find out. The lady at the counter said sales of the BK Taco were brisk. "People are buying them," she said. When I asked her what she thought of the new tacos, her facial expression said it all. She gave a me that look my dog used to give me when I asked him if he had pee pee'd in that carpet.

Once I took the Burger King taco out of it's wrapper, I felt a bit of deja vu. As if I had seen this taco before. I couldn't put my finger on it. "Was it during a late night stay over in Juarez?" I thought to myself. Then it hit me. This is a Jack in the Box taco. At least that's what I thought until I bit into the actual taco. While crunchier that Jack in the Box, the meat (if you can call it that) tasted different. The Burger King taco is great after a long night of partying, but I wouldn't tacobout it to my friends.
