The El Paso Chihuahuas are inviting fans to join their Volunteer Pack to help make a continued difference for our community.

Helen of Troy and the El Paso Chihuahuas are working together with the Volunteer Pack initiative which is an El Paso-wide volunteer force created to give back to our community. The Volunteer Pack invites El Pasoans to join together with non-profit organizations and community partners, along with other Chihuahua’s fans, players, coaches, and staff to help make a positive impact in our community.

For those who are interested in participating, you can register HERE.

The El Paso Chihuahuas will contact volunteers via email when volunteer opportunities come up and spaces will be limited and filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The next volunteer opportunity will be coming up on Saturday, February 8 at the Resler Canyon Trail where volunteers will help maintain the trail including adding rocks to eroded areas, trim branches and pick up trash.

Volunteers should wear long pants, sturdy shoes, a hat, and sunscreen and bring along plenty of water to stay hydrated. Tools will be provided but you may need extra gloves, a trimmer, trash bags, and also keep in mind that no restrooms will be available.

If you are interested in attending, contact Kate Lewis at klewis@epchihuahuas.com or by calling 915-242-2029.
