T. Rex Poop

One of the fascinating exhibits at the Poozeum includes a piece of fossilized T. rex poop. This ancient relic shows that the fearsome dinosaur wasn’t much of a chewer, swallowing whole chunks of its prey instead. Bone fragments found in the poop offer a peek into its dining habits!

The Poozeum houses over 7,000 specimens of coprolites (fossilized feces) from creatures big and small. The collection includes everything from tiny termite droppings to a massive 20-pound specimen! The museum’s curator, George Frandsen, even holds a Guinness World Record for the largest collection of coprolites.
