Awards season may be over and for many “Barbie” fans that news may come as a bummer because it also means that the Barbie frenzy is coming to an end, however that’s not the case in Phoenix, Arizona!

The Phoenix Art Museum is keeping the Barbie love alive with a special Barbie-themed museum experience that will have you seeing Pink everything!

This special Barbie themed exhibit, Barbie: A Cultural Icon at the Phoenix Art Museum, will have guests taking a walk down memory lane because it will feature over 65 years of Barbie history and more than 250 vintage dolls.

What Can You Expect?

The second you step inside of this Barbie extravaganza you will be greeted by 22 original ensembles crafted for Barbie's grand debut. You can even hop into a life-size Barbie Mirror-Pink Corvette and pop inside the ‘Barbie Dreamhouse for the ultimate Insta-worthy photo op! (Who doesn’t love a good photo OP)

From swinging sixties chic to modern-day couture, the exhibit will take a deep dive into Barbie’s fashion evolution.

The exhibit is for people of all ages! With photos displayed at different heights and bilingual text throughout, everyone can enjoy the Barbie magic. And here's a fun fact: Mattel sends out doll stylists to make sure every doll looks picture-perfect.

Barbie: A Cultural Icon opened its doors on Feb. 14, 2024, and will run until July 7, 2024. If you want to take a quick road trip to Arizona and check out this Barbie exhibit for yourself head on over to Phoenix Art Museum: 1625 N Central Ave.
