Local Hospital Hosts Free Event to Help El Pasoans Lose Weight, Get Healthy
The Sierra Providence New Me Surgical Weight Loss Program is hosting an event to help El Paso shed some pounds.
The Sierra Providence New Me Surgical Weight Loss Program wants to raise awareness and give you access to effective treatment options for obesity.
More than one-third of U.S. adults suffer from obesity, but hope isn’t lost. Bariatric surgery can help you not only lose the weight, but get your life and your health back on track.
El Pasoans who have made a major life change by embracing bariatric surgery are going to show off their new physiques and healthy outlook on life at the 9th Annual Patient Bariatric Fashion Show this Saturday, April 6th, at the El Paso Community Foundation Room, 333 N. Oregon. This event is free to the public. You can register to win prizes and receive information on how to lose weight, also.
Doors open at 4:30p.m. and a fashion show featuring 23 actual bariatric patients, who have collectively lost over 2900 pounds, begins at 6p.m.
