New Study Finds Out How Much Weight You Need to Lose to Be ‘More Attractive’
According to a new study out of the University of Toronto, they have found an amount of weight needed to be lost to make yourself more attractive.
This new study found that men and women of average height need to lose about 18 lbs. and 14 lbs. in order to make themselves appear more attractive. In order for someone to see a weight difference in your face, men and women need to lose about 8-9 lbs. for anyone to see a change.
Now the study is just a study and if someone finds you unattractive, losing weight will not instantly make you more attractive to them. But if it will make you healthier, it's worth a shot.
