Lindsay Lohan may not show up for depositions or court dates, but she was front and center at "The Late Show" last night. And David Letterman wasted no time in hitting 'Mean Girls' star with some hard questions about rehab and addiction, eventually making Lohan cry.

Dave started the interview by asking, "Aren't you supposed to be in rehab now?" Lindsay responded, "Don't you watch anything that goes on? What are you a tabloid now?" Linds then told Dave that she'll be entering rehab on May 2nd and believes it's "a blessing and not a curse." So end of story, right? Wrong! Dave kept pressing, asking if Lohan believes she truly has an addiction problem. She didn't bite, responding instead with, "We've discussed this in the past" --to which he replied, "Did we really? Now I'm the one who's having the blackouts." Later in the interview, he referenced all the jokes he's made at her expense and praised her for having "enough spine, enough sense of yourself, enough poise to come out here and talk to me." Lohan teared up.
