Mugshot of the Day: El Pasoan Arrested for Possession of Pot [PHOTO]

REEFER MADNESS: Lorenzo Armando Hernandez was chillin' in his ride at Ascarate Park Sunday afternoon when he was approached by a couple of sherriff officers who had noticed a strong smell of the stink weed coming from the car. A subsequent search revealed a small bag of weed and a glass smoking pipe. Hernandez was arrested for possession of marijuana. Although from the looks of his mugshot,  I get the feeling Lorenzo had already smoked most of it ...
