Miss Colombia Reprimanded for not wearing Panties [PHOTOS]

COLOMBIAN COMMANDO: Many of us have gone commando a time or two. Don't lie, you know you have! But can Miss Universe contestants get away with this? Pageant officials says no. Miss Colombia, 22-year-old Catalina Robayo, is in a little hot water right now for going out to official Miss Universe Pageant events wearing a short skirt ... and nothing underneath.

According to Fox News, "Miss Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate. People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out."
