Mike’s the Stupid News: Sombrero, Boxing Glove-Clad Drunk’s Awesome Mug Shot

An intoxicated San Diego man proved he was more chump than champ after leaping onto the hood of a police car. As a Sacramento cop sat in his patrol car, Jesse James Thomas walked up and leaped onto the hood of his parked cruiser wearing a sombrero and a single boxing glove. 

He then announced that he'd come to town to make a name for himself. To underscore the statement, he shouted his name at the top of his lungs several times before running off down the street.
