KIM KARDASHIAN WILL MISS THE START OF HER DIVORCE TRIAL: KIM KARDASHIAN is going to miss the first day of her divorce trial because she's committed to appear in New York City to launch her new fragrance.

Not that it's going to matter since she really doesn't have to be there on May 6. KRIS HUMPHRIE'S lawyer is first up in calling witnesses, and word is Kim won't have to take the stand until day two or three. And there's still a chance the trial won't happen at all. Attorneys for both sides are set to meet next week to take one last stab at a settlement before going to trial.

LOHAN LUNACY: Some artist made a portrait of LINDSAY LOHAN out of trash. Some might say the symbolism here isn't hard to grasp. Some of the "[recycled] and found objects inspired by Lindsay" and used to make the portrait include booze bottles, handcuffs, prescription bottles, Monistat 7, 1 tampon and 29 cigarette butts. It took 50 hours to make, but you can watch it done in under two minutes in the video below.

ARE JON BON JOVI AND RICHIE SAMBORA FEUDING?! HAS SAMBORA FALLEN OFF THE WAGON?!: BON JOVI guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA has left the band's current tour due.

A statement posted on their site says it's, quote, "due to personal issues," and because they didn't elaborate, there was rampant speculation that he may have fallen off the wagon again. Especially because two years ago Richie bailed on 13 shows to go to rehab. But Sambora hit up Twitter to assure us he's OK. "Thank you everyone for your concern," he Tweeted. "I'm well, but had to stay in L.A. to take care of a personal matter."

For whatever it's worth, TMZ says Richie is not back to drinking and drugging. They claim a "war" has "exploded" between Richie and JON BON JOVI. Supposedly, they're fighting over money and Richie's perception that Jon treats him like crap. Their source says Richie will rejoin the band if and when he and Jon are able to kiss and make up.

RELATIONSHIP REPORT - MADONNA'S DAUGHTER HAS STARTED DATING: MADONNA'S 16-year-old daughter Lourdes is reportedly dating. According to the New York Post, she and Homeland star Timothée Chalamet are an item. A source tells the Post, "It’s common knowledge at the school that the pair are dating." The two are students at New York's La Guardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts.
