Hollywood Dirt: Photographer Killed Chasing Justin Bieber’s Car, Kim Kardashian’s Fetus Goes Clubbin’ & More

PHOTOGRAPHER KILLED CHASING JUSTIN BIEBER'S FERRARI: A photographer attempting to shoot photos of the Bieb's Ferrari was killed on Tuesday night when he was stuck by another car. And Justin wasn't even in the car! According to TMZ, one of Bieber's friends was driving and another was in the passenger seat.

It all went down after JUSTIN BIEBER'S white Ferrari was pulled over by the Highway Patrol for what's being called a routine traffic stop. The photographer had been following the Ferrari at the time and attempted to take pictures of the traffic stop. TMZ reports the officer advised the photog to move back because the situation was unsafe, and then at some point he was struck by an oncoming car. (PHOTO)

Justin issued a statement through his rep that read, "While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

KIM AND KANYE DO NOT WANT SEX SURPRISE/STILL CLUBBIN' ON NYE: KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST, who announced over the weekend they're having a baby, don't want any surprises when it comes to sex of their of their unborn child. TMZ is reporting that the couple wants to know if they'll be having a boy or a girl as soon as it's medically possible, which is usually around the 16th week.

Kimmy told reporters she has yet to experience any morning sickness, but admitted she’s not having an easy time with her pregnancy. “I haven't had any morning sickness...so that's good," she told Us magazine.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ she is saying the baby will not be on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" nor will there be any type of 'Kim Gives Birth' TV special. Word is they want to keep that part of their life private. For now. As for Kim's remaining months of pregnancy, well THAT'S a different story. The gossip site says Kim, quote, "intends to share that with reality cameras because she thinks being 'pregnant is great and cute.'"
