Hollywood Dirt: Lindsay Lohan Hops on Private Jet, Tries to Make Court Date + More

UPDATE: Linds DID NOT make it to court on time. The private jet took off from JFK later than anticipated and was not scheduled to land in Cali until about 15 minutes before court time.

LINDSAY HOPS ON CORPORATE JET, WILL MAKE COURT IN THE NICK OF TIME: LINDSAY LOHAN'S court caper continues.

Lohan is scheduled to appear in an L.A. court this morning to begin her trial for allegedly lying to cops following her crash on the Pacific Coast Highway. There was some doubt she'd make it after Lindsay decided to skip her original flight and stay in NYC another night. She boarded a late night flight last night, but according to TMZ, fled before take-off under the belief it wasn’t safe to fly. That left Lindsay on the ground in JFK frantically making phone calls in search of a loaner private jet.

Her begging and pleading worked because at about 4 this morning Linds Tweeted a thanks to the beverage company Mr. Pink for the private jet hook up.

PROSECUTORS TO ASK JUDGE FOR MAXIMUM JAIL TIME: If found guilty of lying to police last summer, TMZ reports L.A. prosecutors will ask the judge to declare she violated her probation and give her the maximum jail time – 240 days in the slammer. If the judge were to by some miracle actually send Lindsay to jail for that long a time, the gossip site reports their law enforcement sources say Lindsay would actually serve between 60 to 90 days.

SPLITSVILLE - POPULATION RYAN SEACREST: RYAN SEACREST and JULIANNE HOUGH have broken up. People magazine says Ryan's work schedule is to blame. "It's a lifestyle she couldn't handle anymore," a source tells the tabloid, "Work always, always came first. She wants a more low-key life."

Hough seems to be doing okay. On Saturday, she Tweeted this picture of herself with some friends, along with the hashtag "friends are the best therapy". No word yet from Seacrest -- I'm assuming because he's busy putting work first.

We know this because KAT VON D Tweeted pictures of the tatt with the caption, "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -- a miniature rendition of a da Vinci anatomical heart!" Is Miley trying to tell us something about her love life with her latest tattoo? Don't look at me, I don't know. It was a rhetorical question.

UPDATE - OPRAH GIVES TERRANCE HOWARD A PASS: Remember TERRENCE HOWARD'S somewhat legendary praising of OPRAH'S ample chest after filming a love scene with her in an upcoming movie, you know, the "tig ol' bitties" remark?

Well, Oprah recently taped an interview for "The Steve Harvey Show" and it turns out she wasn't as offended by Howard's comment as many people thought she'd be. "You know what?" she told Steve, "Some people called me saying they were all offended, but I go, 'Well, I DO have big breastises'." The interview airs on April 26th.

BRET MICHAELS SHOWS US HIS PICS: I guess all dark-skinned brunettes look the same to BRET MICHAELS. EVA LONGORIA turned 38 on Friday, and BRET MICHAELS decided to Tweet her out a birthday wish, which he did along with a picture of himself standing next to ... wait for it ... KIM KARDASHIAN!

He later deleted it and re-posted the birthday wish without a photo.

MADONNA DRESSES AS A CUB SCOUT FOR GAY RIGHTS: MADONNA gave a speech on gay rights, homophobia and bullying Saturday at the GLAAD Media Awards. And she did it in a Cub Scout uniform. "I wanted to be a Boy Scout but they wouldn't let me join,” she joked to the crowd, adding “I can build a fire. I know how to pitch a tent…and most importantly, I know how to scout for boys."

Getting more serious, Madge said she wants "to start a revolution. It's 2013 people. We live in America, land of the free and home of the brave? That's a question, not a statement."
