IS KATY PERRY SEXING A FRENCH MODEL???: KATY PERRY is being linked romantically to French model Baptiste Giabiconi. London's 'The Sun' newspaper reports the pair was "flirting" big time at a Paris hotel recently.

According to their source, ''They were with a group of people, but they looked very much like a couple in love. There was a lot of whispering, shared jokes and they were really flirting. He was never more than a foot away from her.'' Giabiconi has previously professed his love for Katy, telling 'Dansk' magazine in a January 2011 interview he thought Katy was hot and would ''marry'' Katy if he could get her to divorce then husband RUSSELL BRAND.

CELEBRITY COURT: HALLE BERRY'S baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, is off the hook for child endangerment. The case against Aubry was dropped yesterday following an incident earlier this year in which he allegedly shoved his daughter's nanny while she held the child in her arms. Although the child endangerment matter was dropped, some additional conditions were imposed on Aubry’s visitation, and the case sent back to family court where he and Berry can continue to fight over custody of the child.

BABY POOP: It’s no secret JESSICA SIMPSON has enjoyed eating for two. And now we know just how much. Word is Jess tipped the scales at 170 pounds when she posed naked and pregnant for ‘Elle’ magazine.

Ten of those pounds are her daughters. Jessica tells the magazine, quote, "She's in the 90th percentile of weight right now, so she's a big 'un. She's going to be a very big baby, but I guess that's what I get for letting a baller knock me up."
