Hollywood Dirt: Halle Berry Rushed to Hospital

Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital last night after an on-set accident. Word is she hit her head in a fall while filming a fight scene for the new movie she's working on and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

A rep for Berry tells TMZ "she checked out healthy and was released [early this morning.] She'll continue production as planned." No rest for the weary!
