Hollywood Dirt: Best and Worst Oscar Moments, Instagram Threatens to Shutdown Madonna’s Account & More

OSCAR MOMENTS: One of, if not THE, Oscar moment was JENNIFER LAWRENCE not just winning for Best Actress, but her fall on the way up the stairs to pick up her award.

When asked what was going through her mind as she fell on "E!'s After Party: The 2013 Academy Awards," J-Law replied it was a word she couldn't say that starts with "F."

2. KRISTEN STEWART and RENEE ZELLWEGER got people talking, but for all the wrong reasons. Zellweger appeared on staged with the reunited cast of "Chicago" and appeared out of sorts, swaying as the other stars stood still, and then she had trouble reading the winners after the envelopes were opened.

Stewart, meanwhile, looked like a hot mess, hobbling on stage to present an award. And what was with all the huffs, sighs? She huffed before she even started talking, then did it when when co-presenter DANIEL RADCLIFFE was talking.

Okay, in her defense, she came to the Oscars on crutches after cutting her foot on a piece of glass, so maybe she was still in pain. Or maybe it was just her being Kristen Stewart. We Report, You Decide!

ANNE HATHAWAY'S NIPPLE DRESS - YES OR NO?: As expected, ANNE HATHAWAY took home the Best Supporting Actress Oscar -- and the unofficial Best Un-Supported Chest on an Actress award. Seriously, what was up with Anne's dress and the pointy parts over her nipples? She did know she'd be walking the red carpet and possibly accepting an award, right? Honestly, what did you think of the dress: Fashion forward or fashion fail?

MADONNA MAY NO LONGER BE SHOWING US HER PICS - INSTAGRAM THREATENS TO SHUT HER DOWN: MADONNA has been posting suggestive photos on her new Instagram account -- like this one, and this one. But are they really that bad? Apparently so, because Instagram has threatened to shut her down over, quote, "mature content". They even sent her a warning message, which she proceeded to post on Instagram.

'DANCING' RUMORS - WYNONNA JUDD IN, MAKSIM OUT: The official announcement of who’s joining the cast of "Dancing With the Stars" isn't until Tuesday, but TMZ has leaked a few names. Allegedly joining the cast are former American Idol contestant KELLIE PICKLER, country superstar WYNONNA JUDD, and Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman.

Meanwhile, Pro dancer MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY has reportedly bailed on the show and will not be on the upcoming season. He's been talking about leaving for a while now, and TMZ says their source says he told the producers last week that he wanted out so he could pursue movies and other TV projects. CHELSIE HIGHTOWER wont' be back either. She told the paparazzi over the weekend it was the show's decision, not hers.

COULD BE TRUE, COULD BE CRAP - IT'S A GIRL FOR KIMYE: This isn't in any way official, but Us Weekly is running with it anyway. KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST, they say, are having a girl. Their source says the couple is "over the moon," especially Kanye who has "always wanted a girl." The report, however, doesn’t offer any clue how the so-called sources know the sex of Kim’s baby.

Meanwhile ... Kanye went off on another rant over the weekend and dissed his boy JAY-Z. West made fun of Jay-Z at a show in London for being on the new JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE song "Suit and Tie". He said, quote, "I got love for Hov, but I ain't [effin] with that 'Suit & Tie'."

CELEBRITIES IN TROUBLE - MC HAMMER ARRESTED, CLAIMS RACIAL PROFILING: MC HAMMER was arrested Thursday night for obstructing and resisting a cop. Hammer wrote that was sitting in his car when a deputy approached, tapped on the window and asked him, "Are you on parole or probation?" He says he was being cooperative, and as he tried to hand the cop his ID, the guy, quote, "reached in my car and tried to pull me out."

But he added, quote, "[The cop] forgot he was on a steady donut diet." Ooooh, snah-ap.“ It was comical," he continued, "until he pulled out his guns, blew his whistle and yelled for help.”

A law enforcement rep said Hammer was taken into custody at a gas station after police realized he was in a vehicle that had expired registration and that was not registered to him. "Hammer became very argumentative when questioned about the vehicle. He refused to exit the vehicle when the officer asked him to and continued to argue."

Hammer was arrested, booked on charges of obstructing and resisting an officer, and then released after posting bail and posing for this thug-life mug shot.

SPLITSVILLE - POPULATION SIMON COWELL: SIMON COWELL and CARMEN ELECTRA are no longer fornicating dating. Simon tells Britain's Mirror, "I'm now a single man. We spent time together and she is so much fun." Cowell confirmed they were an item in December, but they hadn't been photographed together much since then.

WATCH: if you thought First Lady MICHELLE OBAMA appearing via satellite to announce the Best Picture winner diminished the office, her appearance on JIMMY FALLON Friday won’t change your mind any. Mrs. Obama did a segment with Jimmy called the "Evolution of Mom Dancing” in which they were suppose to dance all lame to dance moves like the Electric Slide and the "shopping cart," but FLOTUS couldn’t hide her mad skillz.
