Dirt: Baby News!!! & Kardashians Sued

BABY NEWS: 1.) It's a boy for newlyweds ORLANDO BLOOM and MIRANDA KERR. Miranda gave birth to a boy late last week.

2.) It turns out VICTORIA BECKHAM'S protruding belly IS a baby bump and NOT just an olive she swallowed at lunch!!! Hubby DAVID BECKHAM broke the news yesterday saying, quote, "I've got some great news to tell you all. Victoria and I are expecting our fourth child this summer."

3.) After "30 Rock" star JANE KRAKOWSKI was photographed rockin' a baby bump ...

... her rep confirms she is "indeed expecting a baby."

KARDASHIAN KREDIT KHOAS: After Connecticut's Attorney General launched an investigation into the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard for having outrageous and possible illegal hidden fees, KIM, KHLOE and KOURTNEY pulled out of the deal in November saying their image had been negatively affected by the backlash on the cards.

Now the company that licensed the sisters' images is claiming breach of contract and has sued them and their mom, Kris, for $75 million. A hearing is set for May 2nd.

On another Lohan note ... TMZ reports she and SAMANTHA RONSON went to dinner together Saturday night. Apparenlty it's all good now between the two after Lindsay went to Sam and told her she had no idea the place she was renting was right next to Sam's house. For some reason, Sam bought it.

Lindsay, by the way, is already living with some chick she met at Betty Ford. Word is she's down on her luck so Lindsay is letting her live there rent-free.

Her Las Vegas restaurant, Beso, has just filed for bankruptcy. According to the Las Vegas Sun, it’s losing $76,000 a month ... plus it’s in the hole for $1.8 million!!!

And Eva herself is one of the creditors seeking to collect. Paper work filed shows she loaned the restaurant a million of her own dollars to try and save the business. Reps for both Eva and Beso wouldn’t comment.
